Chicken Makhani

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless: 1 kg
Ginger garlic chopped: 2 tbsp
Green chilies: 2 chopped
Coriander: 1 small bunch
Oil: ½ cup
Onion: 2 chopped
Turmeric: 1 tsp
Fenugreek: 1 tsp
Cloves: 4
Cardamoms: 6-7
Cinnamon: 1 piece
Tomato puree: 2 cups
Yogurt: 1 cup
Cream: ½ cup
Ced chili powder: 1 tsp
Chapatti for serving

Method:
Chop ginger garlic, green chilies and coriander leaves till it turns into a paste. Heat the oil and cook onion till golden brown. Add the paste in it and cook. Add turmeric, fenugreek, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and cook for two minutes. Now put the mixture somewhere. Now cook the chicken in oil. Now take the chicken out of the pan. Add the tomato puree in the same pan and add tomato puree, yogurt and cook. When the mixture gets ready add chicken, cream and mix well. Garnish it with little bit of coriander and serve with chapattis.
