Ingredients:
Chicken: 1
Grind Lal Onion: 3
Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Tomato purree: 1/2 cup
Yogert: 1/2 cup
Coconut milk: 1/2 cup
Red chilli: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander: 1 tbsp
Kewra: few drops
Oil: 1/2 cup
Hot spices: 1/2 tsp
Qorma masala: 2 tbsp{Mix 10 green cardamomn,4 cardamon ,8 long and grind it}
Method:
Put chicken with oil in a pan.Fry till water dries.Take out the chicken and put lal onion in it.Add tomato purree ,ginger garlic paste.Ater a while add yogert and coconut milk and cook 5 min.Then add salt,turmeric.roasted coriander and chilli.Cook till the whole masala is brown in colour.Put chicken and fry, add 2 cup of water in it.Cook for 5 min.Add kewra with green coriander,green chillies and garam masala. Serve with nan.
