Milk: 2 cups
Coffee: 1 t sp
Caster sugar: 2 tb sp
Cream: 2 tb sp
Ice-cream: 4 scoop
Crush Ice: as required
Method:
Beat coffee and sugar with few drops of milk until it looks fluffy. Blend it with cream, milk and ice. Serve it with ice-cream.
