Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Butter: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Flour: 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Eggs: 3
Orange Peel:2tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Egg Yolk: 1
Cheese: 2tbsp
Yellow Food Colour: Few drops
Cross or Puff Pastry: 1 cup
Vanilla essence: 4 drops

Method:
Plain the puff pastry with roller and fix in your mold .Cut 8 triangles of puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 180%.With an electric better, beat butter and sugar until it becomes a paste. Add eggs one by one. Then add vanilla essence, cheese and color. Sieve plain flour and baking thrice. Then mix orange peel in flour. Add this batter into the egg mixture. If the mixture is slightly thick (because of cold weather) then add 1 – 2 tsp. of milk to make it smoother. Pour into the prepared tin and set 8 triangles on the top of batter and brush egg yolk on it. Bake at 120 C fan oven (or 170 C regular, Gas mark 3) for 45-50 mins until a skewer comes out clean. After bake it before 5 min put cheddar cheese on it and bake for another 5 min .Leave to cool and enjoy!
