Ingredients:
Flour: 2cups
Icing sugar: ¾
Coco powder: ¼ cup or 4 tbsp.
Butter: 1 cup
Egg: 1/2
For chocolate icing:
Water: 1 tbsp.
Coco powder: 1 tbsp.
Icing sugar: 2tbsp
Cook icing sugar, coco powder and water together for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Icing is ready to use.
Method: Beat butter and sugar. Then add egg, beat again. Fold in sieved flour, coco powder and mix slightly to form into a soft dough. Put mixture in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe biscuits on a baking tray. Press the center of cookies and baked in a pre-heated oven 180 degree C for 12 -15 minutes. After baked fill the center with icing chocolate
