Gajar Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
Carrots: 1 1/2 k.grated
Sugar: 1 cup
Green Cardamons: 6-10
Dhesi Ghee: 1/2 cup
Khoya: 1/2 cup
Pistachoes and Almonds: 1/2 cup

Method:
Put carrots,sugar and green cardamons in a pan.Cook for 10-12 minutes till water dries.Add deshi ghee and cook for 10 min.Add khoya in the center and cover the pan for 10 min.Garnish it with pistashio and almonds.
