Fruit Custard

Ingredients:
Milk: 2 cups
Custard Powder: 3 tsp
Sugar: 6-8 tsp.
Half cup of mixed fruits:Apple, Banana,Strawberry, Papaya etc
Some Nuts: 2tbsp Cashew, Almond, raisins etc, optional

Method:
Pour milk in a saucepan and start heating over a medium high heat. Combine the custard power and a very small amount of water in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add this mixture to boiling milk, stir continuously.Add sugar as the milk starts to thicken. Continue stirring.Remove the mixture from the heat when it reaches the desired consistency.Allow the mixture to thoroughly cool.Add chopped fruits and nuts.Chill in refrigerator for half an hour.
