Ingredients:
Flour: 500 grams
Yeast: 1 ½ tbsp
Sugar :1 tbsp.
Milk; ½ cup
Milk powder; 1 tbspv.
Egg: 1
Garlic: 2 tbsp.
Method:
In a bowl mix all together, knead with Luke warm water well. Leave to rise for an hour till double. Shape into bread and bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
