Ingredients:
Mutton: 250 gm(1 cup) boneless
Ginger: 1 piece
Tomato: 1
Garlic cloves: 4
Water: 6 glasses
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves: 1/2 bunch
Salt: 1/2 tsp or to taste

Method:
In a pan, put together 250 gm mutton, 6 glasses of water, 1 tomato,1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 piece of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic and 1/2 tsp salt. Cook over low flame till 4 cups stock remains.Take off the mutton and drain the soup.Then put the mutton back and cook 5 min more.Turn the flame off, add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve.
