Szechuan Prawns

Ingredients:
Water: 4 tablespoons
Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Corn flour: 2 teaspoons
Honey: 1 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Ground ginger: 1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Sliced green onions: 1/4 cup
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Prawns: 12 ounces cooked, tails removed

Method:
In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soya sauce, corn flour, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger. Set aside. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in Prawns, and toss to coat with oil. Stir in sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
