Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 1/2 kg
Tomato ketchup: 1/2
Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Brown sugar or Jaggery: 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
Cream style Corn: 1 can
Bread Slices: 4
Fresh Cream:1 packet
Parsley to garnish

Method:
Put 1/2 kg tomatoes in a pan and add 2 glasses of water. Boil the tomatoes. When the tomatoes are boiled ,peel off its skin and put them in the blender and blend it. Put then in the wok and add in 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar or jaggery and 1 tsp black pepper. Cook it. Dissolve 2 tbsp corn flour in the water and add it in that. Cook till it thickens. Cut 4 bread slice in small pieces and deep fry in oil. Put them on the tissue paper to soak extra oil in it. Put cream style corn first in the soup bowl then add hot tomato soup. Garnish it with fried crotons or bread, cream and cream style corn. Serve hot.
