Ingredients:
Eggs: 6
Silver Foil or Chandi Ke Warq: 2
Green Cardamom: 4
Yellow Color: a pinch
Khoya: 1/2 kg
Almonds and Pistachios: 3tbsp
Walnut: 3 tbsp
Sugar: 1 1/4 cup
Ghee: 1 cup
Method:
Beat 6 eggs with 4 green cardamoms and a pinch of yellow color. Heat ghee in pan, add beaten egg mixture and fry well over low flame till its color turn to golden. Now add sugar and fry till dries. Lastly add 1/2 kg khoya and fry for few minutes, turn the flame off. Sprinkle chopped almond and pistachio. Garnish with silver foil and serve.
