Kheer

Ingrediants:
Milk: 2 1/2 liters
Rice: 3/4 cup (wet rice for 3-4 hours,dry in sunshine and grind it slightly) 
Khoya: 1/2 cup
Condence Milk: 1 cup
Sugar: 1/2 cup or to taste 
Almond chopped:4 tbsp
Kewra or Rose Essence: 1tsp
Cardamom Powder: 8-10 
Sliver Foil for Garnishing

Method:
Cook milk in a pan till it comes to a boil, add rice gradually and cook till it thicken. Now add sugar and cook well.Stir the spatualla constantly. Then add khoya and cook for 10 minutes.Add chopped almonds ,when bubble comes at the top of kheer it means kheer is ready.Add 1 tsp kewra or rose essence . Mix well. Lastly add 1 cup condence milk and dish it out. Garnish with silver foil and serve.
