Shahi Kulfi

Ingredients:
Milk: 1 liter
Cream: 1 packet
Khoya: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Almond : 2 tbsp
Pistachio; 2 tbsp
Desiccated coconut: 2 tbsp
Kewra: 1 tsp
Corn flour: 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp
Yellow color: a pinch
Silver foil: as required

Method:
In a pan put milk. Cook till it comes to a boil. Now add sugar and mix well. Also add 1 tbsp corn flour paste and cook till thickens. Now add a pinch of yellow color, 1 tsp kewra, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 1 cup khoya, 1 packet cream, chopped almond and chopped pistachio. Cool the mixture, pour in ice cream molds and freeze for 4 hours. Now remove Qulfa from molds, sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Garnish with silver foil and serve chilled.
