Sooji Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
Samolina: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup 
water: 2 glass
Deshi Ghee: 1 cup
Yellow Colour: a pinch
Dru Fruits: Almonds,Raisens,grated Coconut: 2 tbsp

Method:
Heat ghee in a karahi or pan. Add the semolina. Keep stirring till semolina attains light brown colour. In a separate pan,boil water with sugar till sugar is dissolved. Add water to the karahi slowly, stirring continuously. Add half of the raisins,coconut and almonds.Add foog colour. Keep stirring till ghee shines on the sides of the karahi. Take off the flame. Garnish with rest of the dry fruits.
